Villa Luxor is a breathtaking 12+ bedroom 14,000 square feet property that has been designed to satisfy the most discerning guests. The lavish 3-story building offers an elegant spiral staircase connecting 1st and 2nd floor spaces with large accommodations located directly on white sand beaches & azure seas; future expansive living areas can be found throughout this ground level which includes outdoor dining area as well! Your comfort will not go unappreciated either since there’s air conditioning in all rooms (including spas), private gyms & saunas available for you to enjoy during your stay at Villa Luxor.
Two large sea view king size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on this level as well. The first floor includes an infinity edge heated pool and crystal clear Caribbean water views, where you can swim in one of a kind relaxation or enjoy relaxing by the jacuzzi while taking it all in!
There’s also 24 seater marble dining table that seats your party for delicious international cuisine prepared by our chef team just offsite at restaurants nearby – not to mention four spacious bedrooms complete separate Floors plus another three downstairs so everyone has their own space… planning some casino parties? No problemo: we have roulette tables & poker equipment too 😉
The game room is the perfect place to host your next party. This 2nd floor has a wet bar with all of our most popular liquor, handcrafted cocktails and elegant wine! There are twelve king size bedrooms on this luxurious villa rental that come complete with en-suite bathrooms, fans, air conditioning WI -FI TV. All twelve rooms offer an unparalleled view of the Caribbean Sea. The villa is equipped with its own water purifying system (Aqua Sana), making the water cleaner and softer, including (pool, Jacuzzi and showers).

Villa Luxor is located in the Las Iguanas neighborhood of Cap Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic.
Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with a 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, including Juanillo Beach.
You’ll find another great beach at Api Beach Club at the marina. This is a smaller beach situated in a cove by the mouth of the marina, and the beach club has a swimming pool, restaurant & bar ($).
Cap Cana is also home to the best golf course in the Caribbean – Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course with 9 holes playing along the ocean ($). This course is ranked the #1 golf course in the Caribbean by Golfweek Magazine.
The property is conveniently located about 9 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short drive, and you’ll arrive at Villa Luxor. If you want to go off-property to explore the local area, the Punta Cana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Punta Cana are located right outside the resort. The best way to get there is by car or with our transportation service ($).

When you stay at Villa Luxor, you’ll have a private chef, a butler, a bartender, and 2-3 maids included. Your chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler will assist you and the staff, serve drinks & food, etc. The bartender is your best friend and will keep you hydrated and refreshed with a variety of cocktails (beverages are not included). The maids will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens. Some villa staff lives on the property in their own staff rooms.
You’ll also have an English-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g., transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, in-house massages, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. If you have not booked these before your arrival. Your villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa and will be available throughout your entire stay.
PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES:
Once you book Villa Luxor, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e., they are not included in the villa rental price:
• Private airport transfers from Punta Cana Airports, Santo Domingo, or La Romana
• Rental cars and other transportation
• Spa treatments or in-house massages
• Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
• Excursions (luxury yachts, catamaran, deep sea fishing, ATVs, zip lines, etc.)
• Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
• All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa
• House bar (cost price of bottles + 15% service charge).
Payment and Cancellation – 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 45 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 45 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

This villa was gorgeous and amazing and Stephane and Isabelle were the best hosts we could have asked for. We cannot wait to come back and stay here. Months before we even arrived, Isabelle reached out to welcome me and she helped provide restaurant, beach, chef and activity recommendations. She even introduced me to a cab driver to arrange transportation throughout our trip before we arrived. I did bother her quite a lot with questions and she was happy to assist every time. Additionally, they were able to pre-stock the refrigerator so there was no need to stop by the market on the way in. They came with two cars to pick us up from the airport, and our plane even landed 3+ hrs earlier and they accommodated the last minute change right away.

Perfect family vacation villa! Beautiful villa with spectacular views of Pointe Milou. Plenty of space for a family and adults with multi level lounge areas, pool, hot tub. The most incredible villa managers who went above and beyond to help accommodate us with extra amenities and activities on the island.

I’m afraid my choice of words would not be sufficient enough to describe to you the experience I had. From the start to the end the hostess Isabelle took care of everything. From arranging my car rental to charting a boat to eating in the best and hottest places on the island. We didn’t have to lift a finger. Love is a good word to describe our experience. Oh and the villa felt like my home away from home. The view was drop dead gorgeous. We all had the time of our lives. Great place great service. No brainer.

We can not say enough about Villa Cook and Isabelle. The villa was just perfect ! Even more gorgeous and breathtaking in person. This was one of our best family vacations. The location, views and breeze was wonderful. Adults and children enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating areas. All the rooms were great ! There wasn’t a single problem with the villa. Isabelle was just the most lovely and gracious host. She really went above and beyond. We have never experienced such a great host. Le Ti is just a few steps away for a quick drink and the Christopher is also a quick 10 min walk. We look forward to making this a family tradition and coming back every year.

Amazing stay! We could not have had a better time! The Villa was absolutely gorgeous and Isabelle was SO amazing. She made our stay unreal and was so beyond helpful. She was in contact with us daily, helped with transportation, food shopping, and reservations. Honestly i have never been treated so well and will certainly be returning! If looking for a place to stay captain cook is a MUST!
