The villa is set up into 3 distinguished separate buildings. The entry encompasses the kitchen, enclosed and air-conditioned main living area, covered/outdoor main dining area, and brand-new additional bedroom with one king bed and full bathroom with outdoor shower. Behind the kitchen is attached full maid’s quarters with bedroom, bathroom, laundry/dryer, and full kitchen. Across the expansive pool deck, you will find a separate building to the left that houses the master suite: included in this space is a private living space with TV, books, and sitting/lounge area, a private office with attached half bathroom, and master bedroom with 1 king bed. Off the master bedroom is a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in closet and outdoor shower with 2 shower heads. In the third building to the right side of the pool deck, there are 4 bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms each have 1 king bed and attached en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers. The downstairs bedrooms have 1 king and 2 queen beds, respectively with private closets and 1 shared bathroom with dual vanity setups on either side of the sink countertops.
