Eight-bedroom villas range from eight king suites to combinations of two-queen rooms, bunk rooms, casitas and convertible beds, so the same eight bedrooms might sleep sixteen to twenty. The room-by-room breakdown, not the headline figure, tells you how your group actually fits — and at this size several couples will notice if the suites are not comparable.

What the staffing includes

Expect a fully staffed stay: housekeeping, a cook or chef, usually a butler, often a groundskeeper and staff quarters built into the house. Confirm what is included against what is charged separately — chef service, bar staff and event setup are frequently quoted apart from the nightly rate.
